- Business License of Enterprise Legal Person is the certificate of the status of an enterprise legal person and the lawful operation.
- Business License of Enterprise Legal Person includes the original copy and the duplicate. The original copy and the duplicate have the same legal effect.
- The original of Business License of Enterprise Legal Person shall be placed at the position of prominence of the domicile.
- Business License of Enterprise Legal Person shall not be forged, altered, leased, lent or transferred.
- Where its registered items change, it shall apply for registration of alternation to the company registration authority and replace the Business License of Enterprise Legal Person with a new one.
- From 1st March to 30th June every year, it shall be conducted with the annual inspection.
- After the revocation of the license, the business operation that is irrelevant to liquidation shall not be conducted.
- If the revocation registration is handled, the original and the duplicate of the Business License of Enterprise Legal Person shall be returned.
- If the Business License is lost or damaged, the company shall announce it invalid in the newspaper and periodical designated by the company registration authority, and shall apply for an reassurance.
